Looks good so far John! "Vector" people are a HUGE challenge. I'm still working on the Space Being, believe it or not!!

John I struggle with people and have only posted one drawing in this catagory but if I can make a few suggestion your lady lacks depth around the eyes and would think more shading is required as eyes are 3D if you know what I mean.
I think also her mouth needs more definition especially around her teeth and towards the back of her mouth it is too light or maybe this is just because of the size of the jpeg?
I am sure if you keep working at it she will turn out a real stunner.
Design is thinking made visual.
Hello Albacore,
Thanks for the 2 observations. Looking again at the drawing I have to agree with both points. I also need to get here skin a little more definition. Most skin is serval different hues, with blushes, veins and all the rest.
It is a starting point, and further than I have reached before giving up in frustration.

Okay, I worked on this a little more. What do you think now. A little better?

Well done.

Carol,
Thank you for the praise. It is heartfully felt.
Drawing people is extremely hard. This is my first time it has succeeded as well as it has.

John,
I think the brightness of the eyes made the picture ... and now they're light and faded. Give the girl her eyes back
Hi Ed,
Just for you, I changed the reflection on Diane's glasses. I also have been working on several other things. I think I have Diane's face almost done.
I am still working on her lovely neck and chest. I gave my lady a quick covering. She was getting little chilled.
I have a lot more work to do on the blouse.
