Scroll Bar in Popup Layer

I am trying to create a fixed sized popup layer (say 640 x 550) that has content that is taller than the height of the popup. The popup would need a vertical scroll bar to allow the full content to be viewed.

This is common behavior for popup/lightbox type situations, where the popup is launched via javascript with a fixed size and the scrollbars are optionally enabled/disabled...

Has this been covered anywhere?

You can use iframe placed in placeholder. Lightbox uses iframe. Search "iframe" in this forum, it was discussed many times.
