That folder should not have an index.htm in any case, that folder is used for the WD site resources only.
That message simply means that folder 'indexing' (listing) is not enabled, but the (host) set default message is wrong.

It appears to me that either 0.png (and all other images) does not exist on the server, or the host has some screwy permissions set.
Likely the former in this case because the default.css and roe.js certainly are there.

Boo, Xenu Link Sleuth is the full name of the program. It is freeware and will give you a report of all broken links on your site.

At this point I believe that is the answer. Although the .css .js AND the .png are all set to 644

I have yelled at fatcow again.

Thanks for ALL the ideas..... I tried them all but no help. I'll report back the final resolution if I ever get one...

Boo the access to the png files may be restricted by mime type rather than user permissions.

    Default Solved!!!

fatcow uses .htaccess to enable "hotlink protection". This prevents others from using storage space on my site for graphics, etc that is used in THEIR sites.

Funny, thing is I don't remember ever having to configure this with previous domains (I host several at fatcow). I think it was done automatically when I set up each domain. However, with scosc.net automatic setup of this "hotlink protection" did not happen.

FWIW, I wrestled this bear to the ground all by myself; no help from fatcow.

    Again thanks to all.
