Good choice!
If you tried to redo the site with the same graphics in FP2000, it would be just as slow.
I'm assuming you're the voice on the phone too - really nice well executed concept. If you have too many customers to handle, I'll record some of them for you so you can reduce your client base. I can't sing at all. :-(

I'm glad to hear this. I assume you are part of Xara???
I did not see the website BEFORE the denim was removed. I have a background on my site (the one you helped me fix; www.scosc.net ) but it's TILED, which I wouldn't think would not lenghten load times that much.
However, www.songsender.com DOES appear to load a good bit faster than mine ( www.scosc.net ) I DO run off satellite-based broadband for my ISP (wildblue) and latency times on ALL such ISP's suck.
Thanks
Boo
That assumption would be wrong. I work freelance.
XWD generates standard HTML. Any loading delays are due to the images that need to be loaded. This would be virtually the same regardless of which program that is used to create the HTML.
Basically the delay will be for loading a single tile. That would depend on how many K the tile image was.I did not see the website BEFORE the denim was removed. I'm not sure there's cause for concern. However, www.songsender.com DOES appear to load a good bit faster than mine ( www.scosc.net ) I DO run off satellite-based broadband for my ISP (wildblue) and latency times on ALL such ISP's suck.
You're welcome.Thanks

No need to be sorry. Authoritative? I'm not so sure!
