Help with one particular image..

Ok.. I'm lost.. lol... I'm trying to figure out how to make this image

i have paint shop pro x2, and i have the draw graphics suite x4...

Welcome to TalkGraphics.

Try the "Posterize" effect. Click on "Effects" then "Artistic Effects" and finally Posterize.

Oh well. It does look like the second photo is a bit darker with the colors changed a bit. And then the whole thing was made less sharp, slightly out of focus. Good luck in your endeavor.

Do you want skin tones similar to the other photo? These are from natural to slightly enhanced to very enhanced.
