    Default More "Sticky" Xara

    Dear Xara,

I wish features like export and bitmap copy settings (dpi, page option, etc) would stay the same when I save and reopen. This way I could do a template @300 dpi for example.

Also an option to create the bitmap aligned over the copied objects or to "replace original objects" would be appreciated.

    Take care,

    Marc

Marc on your second point it does if you hold down Ctrl+Shift as you click Create. The way I do it is to have the copied objects on a separated layer on it own so that you can hide or revel that layer if I was flatting transparent object for printing before exporting to PDF. Your first point I am not up to speed on but is the default of 96 not something to do with windows and web resolution?

    Hi Marc,

I cannot help with all your requests.

For the dpi for create bitmap copy use XaReg. Download from http://www.xaraxone.com/html/shareware.html

To have the bitmap copy placed exactly where the orginal objects, hold down a Shift key when you click the Create button.
