What did you have to do to get the paypal site to come up?

I have a paypal account but didn't know about anything like that.

Also, what are some of the fees associated? Perhaps a link to the Paypal site where this can be setup would be of good value.

Looks like your on track for getting some online sales potential.

    Good luck!

I just went to the paypal site, logged in and clicked the "Add a Buy it Now button" link.

It created the code for me and I added it to a placeholder on each page.

The customer had already set up the account and I'm not sure of the fees but I assume they're pretty standard, based on the amount of the sale - like eBay.

I signed up to do the donation button, that worked fine. Then I added a put in cart button, copied the code to the web properties of the placeholder and nothing shows up when I do a preview...

    Does anyone have any ideas?

Here's the file although it has a LONG ways to go and I'm just fumbling through this.

Does anyone have a XWD website online yet that utilizes a shopping cart?

    I don't think so.

With the ability to include code using placeholders and the header code insert, I think you could have both.

It looks like DigitalJeweler is on the right track with PayPal

But XWD doesn't offer a Shopping Cart or something like that.

Placeholders allows you to include HTML, JavaScript and scripting languages like PHP, JSP or ASP. And if you're able to develop web solutions, you could code it by yourself or use a Open Source solution or a commercial solution. But we have learned in the last weeks, that such Web developers needs some more tools within XWD and that they are not the target group of XWD.
