Animated gif not working on page

Made an animated gif in webstyle 4 and it does not do animation after uploading. Not sure what is causing this...

Are you using a placeholder for your ani' gif (Replace with graphic file) or just importing/dragging it into the WD page?
The later will result in a static image.
