Installing Brushes for PSP7

im new to paint shop pro and im wanting to start learning myself how to create banners and stuff, well i downloaded some brushes for psp and then i looked up on how to install them, i followed the instructions but it gets an error.

they download as a .jbr file .. is that what its spose to be?

i was told that to install them i have too goto File > Open or goto File > Browse to view them all, so i went to open them and i get this error ...

"The Specified file cannot be identified as a supported type"

am i doing something wrong?
