Quick note about forms....

Mentioned somewhere before maybe, but there are lots of prefab forms available from Google Gadgets which you can embed by inserting a script that apparently links back to http://www.gmodules.com (this seems to resolve to google.com). You can tweak the form before getting the script--border, background color and so on. I haven't tested this yet, but looks like a simple way to go, if you find a form you like. Most of these GG forms look to have been built with FormLogix.

Small fly in ointment--your filled form comes to you with the FormLogix logo as a header. A minor drag. Probably to get the from sans logo you need to sign up with the company. But it looks to be inexpensive after the 30 day free trial. I may give this a try.
