Placeholder misalignment

Using a placeholder, the alignment looks fine in XWD (see first image, the light blue rectangle is the placeholder with a filled rectangle behind as a frame). But when previewing it the placeholder alignment is slightly off (second image). Does anyone know why this should be?

Are you using a div?
has the div a style apllied(top,left)
maybe these are set to a number other then 0,0

Your placeholder does't appear to be the same size as the live video window.

Make certain that they match.

How on earth could you tell that! When even I never noticed! I think WD has some kind of "I-see-you-through-the-monitor-ware".
