Trouble purchasing

I'm having trouble purchasing Web Designer. I have a Visa Debit card and I fill in the details (not sure what 'CVC' is and yes 'Holder', 'Number' & 'Valid Until' are all filled in), press 'Proceed' and it takes me back to the same screen again. Can you not pay with a VISA Debit card, or PayPal?

Nicky the CVC is usually a 3 to 4 digit number on the back of your card.

I purchased an additional copy of Web Designer using my debit card without a problem...the CVC number is required. It provides extra security to online purchases.

I can see the problem straight away. Your name and account number are obscured with thick red lines. How do you expect them to process your order?

I had a little issue of my own. I logged in and tried to take advantage of my discount, but it still showed $49 when I made my selection. (STILL a great bargain I'm sure)

I am using Google Chrome for a Browser - I'll try again with MSIE or FF

That's where I went, but I'm a little dopey sometimes and must have 2 accounts with Xara. My correct account is under an old email address & the new one didn't qualify for the discount - all set now!!

I'm having the same problem: it keeps giving me the $49 price though I am using the correct e-mail address to log in with. I've submitted a trouble ticket.
