I read how to create an icon and add it to your header area with html, but if every time we ftp our site it overwrites this then this wouldn't be a very good solution.
Does Web Designer offer another way?

With the following update to the WD, you'll be able to insert header code into the WD documents.

I am still unable to get the code for the affiliate program, even though I signed up for it. Every time I log in and go to affiliate program I get this message:

Not much help I know, but I got the code with no problems so the thing is working.
