Here are two that I've done over the last two weeks with before and afters I purchase Web Designer links....

    AskRomeo.com
    --------------
    Before:....
    ekstinehic.sqweebs.com
    After
    http://www.AskRomeo.com

Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast - Hampton Va.

    Before:.......
    http://www.maghousehampton.com

    After http://www.maghousehampton.com/index2.html
currently undergoing evaluation by my client ( who happens to be my sister )
This was actually done with Dreamweaver , as well, to handle the XWD designed iframed inserts

Web Designer has unleashed my inner Artist..

Is It Worth It To Purchase Xtreme as Well ?

This page displays after completing the form.

    Thanks

    Great Looking Site....

My only advice is to limit the flash-ing banner to maybe 10 to 15 seconds
otherwise it becomes distracting and remains the focal point. By nature our attention goes to anything that's moving.

Thanks, I forgot to add the mouseovers on that page.
The longest animation is on that same page (thank-you page) I thought that after filling out the form, the respondent deserved a little entertainment.
The home page is quite simple (for me). If they are still clicking on other pages then I think they will get the information they want without being distracted too much.
The main thing is that the client says that he is very happy with the site.

    Thanks for you useful comments.

I had an animated heart shape actually playfully and softly beating ( care Xara3D ) on the AskRomeo.com site.

The client thought it was distracting enough for me to remove it.

Don't get me wrong , I love your animation... but on future projects just think about have the animation just play once ( for the lettering the spinning globe is OK ) and then stationary on all linked pages

    ps.
How did you do the spinning globe and the arced lettering, I want to do something similar ?

The flash was created in XX4. I assume you thought it was done in XWD?

Peebs, I think some of the popups of the images should be larger, they don't seem much larger than the thumbnail link images.
    otherwise nice.

They look really good - and they work well as far as I went into them Particularly like the sub-links on the Racing main nav bar.
