Just wondering why the Summary Manual is not available as a
pdf download

I copied it, pasted it into Word, changed the font size (for less pages), and printed from there. Worked great.

I was wondering that a yesterday.

I printed to a PDf file via PDF 995.

It is ~1mb so it can't be attached here.

The problem with downloading or printing to PDF the Summary Manual is that you may be missing out on updates and corrections.
Keeping the URL in your bookmarks means that you will always be seeing the latest version.
