    Default Boring Templates

Just noticing how boring the new HTML templates are compared to the ones in Xtreme Pro 4. I'm also curious why they didn't add the old ones into the new WD software Here's an example of what I mean:

Look at the price difference between XWD and Xtreme.
They don't want to giveaway graphics, nor would I,if it were up to me
(You could always use the templates from X4Pro in XWD)

They'll probably put out packs like they did with WebStyle.

How do you import Extreme Pro templates into Designer?

I tried it, but I couldn't get it to work. I tried HTML. XAR files but no joy. with the XAR files there was an error message.

WillieN the Xtreme web templates are in the websitetemplates folder within the Clipart folder.

In Web Designer open the Designs Gallery. Click the Disc Designs... button. Navigate to the C:\Program Files\Xara\Xara Xtreme Pro 4\Clipart\websitetemplates folder and click Add.

The folder will now appear along with your Web Designer templates in the Designs Gallery.

I did not see an error when I opended the Fusion_index template in Web Designer. Could you post a screen shot of the error message you got?

I didn't get another error message, but followed your instructions and it seemed to work fine. I was just trying to import or open.
    Thanks very much.

    Strange thing Bill

I added the website templates from Xtreme pro 4 to web designer.
Now I no longer need to double click any designs gallery folder to open it
