[Request - Suggestion] Auto Backup Option

Yesterday I was experimenting with linking, importing photos, layers popups, and other Web properties.

I was doing a series of undo's and XWD crashed. Total file size 0. File content was totally wiped out.

I think a backup option should be high on the priority list.
Possible alternative backup options to choose from could be:

A:
Where to backup
1- Store in same directory as the .WEB file you are working on
2- Store in a Common, User designated directory.
3- Store in the Published Directory.

B:
When to backup
1- after a prescribed time interval
2- after so many keystrokes

C:
Format
1- Filename_6digit date_###.
2- User specified suffix to filename and/or extension

D:
Option for a Prompt "to make or change backup options"
1- Present dialog when first saving to a filename.
2- Present dialog when each time saving.
3- No prompt

Soquili has made a new version of XaReg available which I need to get posted on the Xara Xone Shareware page (I'll do it this morning) which works with Web Designer.
