Error opening New document

Thanks, Xara team. Dl'd/installed flawlessly.
However, I had the Introduction template on screen and when I clicked on the NEW icon on top I got this error msg.:
Internal Program Error 511.k.pu.op

Hi Bob,

Did the error message pop up immediately after clicking the New icon?

Have you tried using the File Menu > New and selecting one of the blank page templates?
