    Or a PDF version? So that we can print it ourselves.

    Agreed.
    A printed manual would add substantially to the cost.
    It is very likely that a PDF manual will be included on disc.
    Meanwhile, the Summary Manual can easily be printed to PDF if you have a PDF printer installed on your system (such as PDF-Redirect)

    At Web Designers price, I would not expect a printed manual to be included, but I would sure purchase one if it was availabe. A PDF manual which I could print out would also do the trick. While the summary manual is helpful, I'm looking for something that I can keep at my desk, make notes in or sit down in my easy chair by the fireplace and read at my leisure.
