Not only does undocking the Standard Toolbar result in this problem, but undocking the Zoom Tool's infobar will produce the problem as well.
At least for my setup.

I undocked (moved) the "zoom tool bar and got the problem.

I tried undocking the Zoom and get the same error as Big Frank, and I'm not going to argue with a guy with a name like Big Frank [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]
