    Default Help with gradient

    Hello all!

    I need some help with filling an object with gradient colors, but not in a radial way, but an eclipse.
    Can you guys help me, how can I do it?

    Hello AKSherman,

    Welcome to Talkgraphics.

    I'm not very skilled with CorelDraw but I think the Interactive Mesh Fill Tool could work for you. See attached image.

    Well, I tried that yesterday, but I need that oval/elipse form, which I cant get with mesh tool.

    The image you linked to your first post appears to be 3 shapes. Each with it's own mesh fill.

    My problem is with back ones, the darker and lighter grey colors.
    Now I try it with the blend tool, maybe that will work.

    I'm more experienced with Xara Xtreme. The attached images show 3 shapes. The backmost and frontmost have a linear repeating fill. The middle shape has an elliptical fill.

    Well, thats really close to the original, but I need the solution in CorelDraw, becouse this is some kind of homework for one of my lessons... and no other program is allowed. Plus I can't do it with photoshop too, inserting it as a bitmap... which is really make things difficult :P

    I'm new to CorelDRAW so would really appreciate if you could please give a more detailed intruction stepwise. I tried with the images but could not achieve the result.
