Website Export Issue

Wondering if anyone can help me out with this one.

When attempting to export in html my website, it does the preparation then in the conversion it stops and an error message pops up.

"cannot export .....\188.png
The file may be locked or open in another program.

I've shut down the computer, had no other programs running other than those that automatically start up and still get the same issue.

Any idea as to what causes this, how I can unlock this, or how I may be able to identify this object when it seems to be in the process of transition or conversion to html when it happens. It doesn't create 188.png in the drawer and I don't think I can figure it out by looking at png's 187 or 186.

To continue further, I just tried to export the html files in safe mode with no luck and I can't see where any image I may have introduced is protected or whatnot.

Hello.
Do you have the latest patch installed?
Similar problem was occurring with early version of the HTML export filter but it was fixed with the patches released later for the XXP4.
If you are not sure, export an empty HTML page, open it in text editor, find string that looks like:

<meta name="Generator" content="Xara HTML filter v.0.0.0.0"/>

And tell us what version is written there.

I've done as you asked.

"Xara HTML filter v.1.1.0.297"

Yes, you have an old version of the filter.
Please install the latest patch. It is discussed here http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=33726

This issue is mentiones as fixed in the list of changes: "Some complex HTML pages did not export because files were left open. Fixed."
