First of all, I've found virtually nothing I want to do that I can't do in Xara. Well done on creating a super-friendly, flexible tool.
Although the bitmap fills are great, I'd find the ability to create fills based on vectors a real boon - especially if they were repeatable. At the moment, I'm creating patterns, creating bitmap copies of the patterns at various zoom levels, then using them as fills. When I re-scale things, I have to re-create my textures for the zoom level (or risk weird pixellation as the bitmap re-scales).
Ideally, I'd draw my pattern, select a segment and mark it as 'vector fill' and then be able to use it just like the bitmap fills (even if you were limited in how far you could zoom out).
