runtime error when x4 updated with sp1 or sp2

I have CorelDraw X4 suite working ok in 64 bit Vista (except it will not open pdf files).

If I update it with sp1 it will not open and comes up with a runtime error.
The same happens if I try to update with sp 2.

When I used X4 with sp1 in XP with it worked OK (I could also open pdf files,)

Any help appreciated or do I have to revert back to the original.

I'd be delighted tot know if you already found a solution to yr problem. I'm struggling with the same thing.

I am using windows xp pro 32 bit at home and xp64 bit at the office. The pdf works in the office however I had not attempted at home.

Without any problem I just opened a 10 page pdf. All pages opened with clarity and editing in X4.

Appears to be vista oriented.
