The only problem I had was finding it again - I had seen your post yesterday and went to your tutorial but did not mark it.

With a bit of help from various others, I might get the online version of it on my website tomorrow.

With a bit of help from friends in high places, I managed to get the online portion sample of the tutorial online. This is just a test case and even this will be redone soon. These online tutorials are intended for quick reference for people with particular questions, or if people don't have a printer. All the tutorials will be online eventually. Let me know of any broken links etc.
