Merge a logo onto a photogaph

If your AI vector logo as shown earlier exceeds 500KB I'd be wondering why.

I recreated your file in Xtreme as a vector and saved as a .xar 10.2Kb - as a PDF 88.1Kb

That logo was a jpeg.
The system wont allow svgz files which for ai files would have been great. Would have been 35k.
So now I dont get it. The original is ai 1.35mb. How do you resize a ai file [I no, wrong form right] to get it here?

You said you had the .ai version (created in AI version 13)
I only referred to the 'appearance' of your logo via that thumbnail.
