can't get navigation bar to show

Hi,
I just published www.perrydanos.com with Frontpage and all the navigation bars are missing so I can not use it. They are all in the site I published from my computer. I had to add coming soon to my index page. Any ideas how I can get the navigation bar back on each page.

I just checked out your site and the nav bar is showing and working fine for me.. nice photo's by the way
