Visible liquid looking watermarking

Hi again, I think I must be this weeks top brain picker. Trouble is that I found this site by chance last week and I have a couple of nagging issues that I would love to find out about.

I need to create a semi transparent text watermark with the edges of the letters sort of 'buttonised' and rounded as if the are raised off the page, like the letters were liquid. I really want to stop people nicking the pictures from my site.

I usually just overlay some 1.0 or 2.0 stroke width grey outline only text but it looks a bit flat and I would prefer to do something a bit more professional looking.

If this has been covered before a hint what to search for in the PSP section would be great.

I am using X2 at the mo'.
