    Default Logo re-make. Slight tweening effect.

    Here's a logo re-make I am doing.

    Note: I did not create the original concept for the logo , I have just re-done it in Xara, added a WEB 2.0 style and did a slight tween to "hopefully" represent the movement of a dirt bike.

    I wanted movement in the logo, but I didn't want the spinning effect.

    Xara is growing on me more and more for animation like this.

    Critique is welcome, I'm just now starting to really get into the flash aspect of Xara.

    This I like - a lot. Very subtle use of animation. Perfecto.

    I like it as well, again, nice use of less is more. One slight preference on my part would be to delay the cycle (no pun intended) to the uninformed viewer thinks of it as a standard logo and gets caught looking at it moving out of the corner of his eye as it surpisingingly moves with a bit of a gleam running down. Just a thought.

    I like this animation and have a kinda similar application. Did you just elongate an elipse for the "cycle"?

    Thank you all.

    @BigSmoker -

    You got it, elongated elipse with a gradient fill.

    @salaam-

    I think it was 4 tweens, looking back, I could have probably done it one but I was pressed to get it done, bagged, and sent.

    I had just started using the animation feature in Xara at the time I first posted this.

    Now I use it quite often for banner ads and what not. I can knock out a banner pack in nuttin flat with Xara.

    @rabia_3030 - didn't quite catch that, sorry.

    Regards,
    Vic.
