30 Best Illustrator Tutorials & Articles in 2008

Came across these top picks in a site that I visit 2 a week for info and news. Seen most of the tutorials before during the year but it is nice to have them all in one page. Would recommend number 7 in the list "Using the Pen Tool" as I do this tutorial regularly to keep my speed up using this tool. any of you guys checked out down and dirty tricks cos if you've got a fair bit of experience with illustrator this is amazin for cool techniques and stylish finishes?

The trial period for CS3 ran out some time ago and the program is far outside my current budget.

Bill I would like to upgrade to CS4 but no money to do it with and no chance of the firm I work for supplying me with it.

Thanks for the URL, I marked it.
Here is another Tutorial site that I use. Like it or not Illustrator is a major program used by many. Too bad they don't have the scanner capability like Corel Draw. They want you to use Photoshop with those extra large files.

Long time CorelDRAW and XARA user and recently aquired a used Mac that had Illy and Photoshop installed. Love these articles and tuts. Thanks for the links. Already answered my question about disappearing lines when using pencil tool in CS2.

How about the best tutorials in 2010: http://creativefan.com/best-illustrator-tutorials-2010/! A few new good ones here that I have not seen before but also a few old ones which I have seen. Hope some people try a few.
