Hello
No other application that I have has a problem with that image. Just Xarax, and that for only a
subset of possibilities.
Realistically on a scale of 1 to 10, I would place it as a .5. There are a few more important problems with the XaraX/Photoshop interaction than that.
I am sure the Xara is working on them.

PS Actually Xarax is quite amazing.
If you take the image 'strangness.psd',import it into Xara, enter 2cm into each of the dimension boxes, having first unchecked the lock(otherwise you get a divide by zero) and then enlarge it.
It is a bitmap which seems to have no resolution.
You can make it huge and there is no pixellation.
Make the zoom 10% and keep enlarging. Xarax says the resolution is 4 dpi.
What is it doing? Do it with a real photograph attached
