Can't open Webstyle 4 Trial

I downloaded the Webstyle 5 trial to try out before I buy and when I click on the short cut on the desktop to open the program a warning window comes up that says "Failed to register the DLLs required by the program"
I even uninstalled the program and reinstalled and the same thing happened again. I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I don't know how to correct this.

When you install on vista, you need to right click the installation program and select run as administrator.

Surely you meant to type Webstyle 4 as there is no Webstyle 5 available.

I had installed as admin but didn't know I had to start it that way too.
It's working now. I wanted to try before I buy it. Also, yes not 5 but 4
my typo.
