Well I don't know why anyone would make a thread like this - full of promises but the substances is missing.

Results 1 - 10 of about 47,600,000 for under construction. (0.24 seconds)

Should not all sites be in an unfinished state, how do you define a 'finished' website?
Example: TalkGraphics is not a site you come to read or see the same thing each day, week, month - it's always growing and evolving.
This is the whole point isn't it?

As Paul suggests, it's stupid and redundant.

Why make a thread that keeps you waiting with lost of irritating sayings and clichéd graphics just to fill empty space?

Nobody would would they? You'd feel a little cheated for having wasted your time visiting the thread that promises but doesn't deliver?

Yes, you'd be entitled to feel a little miffed.
