    Hello all,

    Thanks

Welcome Devon. IE excels at hindering swf and activeX components. There are java script workarounds but until I know which one your talking about it's difficult to point you in the right diection.

What is the EXACT text in the IE warning window?

EDIT: Are you getting this message when you run it on your local computer or do you get it if you run it on a remote server as well?

    Most likely this one Egg:

It's likey wanting to install the add-on to display the swf components. the ActiveX control wanring is giving the user the option to reject the installation of add-ons installed using ActiveX.

As for disabling ActiveX, you can easily do that using the Security tab in Tools | Internet Options. Simply select each zone, and set all of the ActiveX options to Disable.

    Better still, don't use IE
