Oh dear. And I'm generally a good speller, too.

To reiterate, thanks for sharing it.

If anyone has any comments or can think of improvements, let me know. Until I start really working with these colours, I have no idea of what I may require.

All the unlinked/standard colours are varied hues with 100% saturation and 100% value (or should be - if you see errors, again let me know). There are no standard brown tones, I'm not sure how to add them to give a consistent brown palette..... anyone got any ideas? In the meantime, I'll work on some ideas ...

Meanwhile ...... I think the standard unlinked palette was a little small. If anyone's interested have added another 52 standard colours.

    Thumbs up Re: Colours

Excellent. A very smooth blend of colors.

I would like to make this available on the Xara Xone Shareware page, with your permission, of course. :-)

    keith,

Refering to your response about colors being available from one file to the next...

when I am playing with a file from the forum, I usually open a separate file with my default template and just drag and drop whatever colors I need from my default to the file I am playing with. Nice easy way to copy colors when one needs to.

I haven't look at your template yet, do you have the two different forum colors in your template yet (avatar background- e1e4f2 and forum background - f5f5ff)?

BTW: you are welcome to copy all the colors from my default template (all the named browser colors to your template) see attached.

    Thanks John.

No, I don't have the forum colours in my template - Once you look at it, you'll see why. It is a template of rainbow colours etc. but is designed to be changed (if that makes sense). It's completely active so that the linked colours can be used extensively. All the starting colours have 100% saturation and value only the hue is varied.

My next project is a named colour template, using wikipedia as a colour reference (So far I have found the hex value for about 500 different colours). Thanks for the offer to use yours - I might do that.

    Thanks Keith,

Excuse my ignorance, but how does one set this as a default template as indicated by other responses.
