Loop In The Middle

Is there any way to have a continuously looping flash ie dissolves from one image to another, but have the first frame black that doesn't repeat itself within the loop?

Is there a way with Xara to create three flashes, each it dissolving images, that are positioned on a web page side by side by side ... and have the timing on the dissolves staggered between them. ie. The first begins its dissolve to it's second image... a second later the second flash begins it's dissolve... a second after that the final flash begins it's dissolve transition.

The problem that I thought of is that if I was to delay the first frame dissolve by extending the frame, then each flash is a different length long and there wouldn't be any syncronization between them as viewed together.
