Help with getting WS4 NavBar to work in Dreamweaver CS3

When ever I install WS4 NavBav in DW CS3 the links show as working. But when I convert the page the a template and then update the other pages, the NAvBar shows as broken links. Does any one know how to fix this. Thanks a million.

I have checked all location on this thread but I don't see any wise counsel on how to resolve this issue. It only happens when I create a page that is then converted to a template. After it is changed to a template, if I try to modify the NavBar on the template, the NavBar on the remaining pages show as broken links. I am desperate to get this fixed. Thanks for your help.
