    Never did humankind believe that on the turn of the 20th century that they would be invaded by inverted smoke alarms (Or is that polo hats?) ... dada da daaa!

    Steve, I've no idea what cathederal it is. It's just an image from the clipart gallery. Never been to Wells so I couldn't say.

    So there's my idea that there was a deliberate connection between the building, the paraphrasing of 'War of the Worlds' and Mr Wells himself gone for a Burton then...
