Forgotten Unknown Filter

I heard third hand of a filter I'd like to check out but I don't know the name of it and was hoping someone here would recognize it by description. From what I was told it was "really cool , it looked like dropping paint into water, all swirly and you could freeze it mid-swirl " . It had it's own interface screen I believe from what info I could get. Does anyone know what this is?

The second looks very good and I think I'll get the second (I don't have it). It doesn't look like ink in water though. I wish I knew the name or maker.
