    Default Sweetheart of the Rodeo

Here is a Xara drawing, now converted as an Oil on Canvas 45" x 40" painting on my wall. Some 3,500 vectors, 750 of which make up her hair.

The lighting highlights are excellent, Hugh. Very nice rendering.

Very nicely done that Hugh, and I would think it looks just great on canvas too

Thanks for the comments. I only did one further (actually it was the first) Rodeo painting, but I agree, there is something very alive about them. 'Sweetheart' ended up with her eyes shut, but the eye shadow gives her a sort of day dream look, whilst the horse in 'Out the Chute' ended up looking as if it was the most natural thing to be doing. I tried it with his ears down and it looked rather odd. Oh well ........ My picture of 'Fish' ended up with a preference for hanging it up side down. I never found a way to turn the fish round. I just hope no one notices these little errors.
Take a look and you'll see what I mean.
    Regards
    Hugh

Really nice picture - however, I think that I prefer it the right way up!
