    Very nice work Hugh!
I really like that one. Would be nice to see it larger. My only suggestion would be to add the background. But still great without it.

I've attached as big as I can easy produce, including a 'close up' of the central characters.
You can see a bigger (but compressed) picture at either www.calcomart.com or www.managemoves.com. The later was created in Xara but they have a problem with the presentation in IE so it only fully works in Firefox.
On either you can click the thumbnail to see the larger picture.
    Thanks for the feedback.

The picture is nice, but I don't understand the "size" issue, as it's clearly vector.

On your "moves" sites your call it oil on canvas' 48" by 60" Eh? You continue saying, "50 signed prints were made of this painting, all 1/2 size, numbered and signed". What?

Which is it again, you say? It's obviously vector (as oil wouldn't be that "crips".)

    I'm confused...

Very simple, and several have asked before, though not in quite such a rude manner.
An oil painting on canvas has been done of this vector drawing. The original painting is large, too large for most peoples interest, or ease of hanging space, but when several people voiced an interest in smaller sizes a limited run was made of half size.

    Hugh,

    You are of course right.

It was not my place to pass "judgement" on something I know nothing about.

    Very sorry.

    Hugh,

I've been trying to think what makes your work so amazing. You certainly have great technique, but what really lifts these is the fact they are so alive - they aren't passive moments where nothing much is going on, they are a snapshot of an explosion of energy and movement - lifting them above just plain technique and composition.

I'm not a big fan of the genre, but I can't help but like the work you do.

    Bravo.
