I went ahead and uninstalled PSP9 and PSPX2 Ultimate is still a slow as snake poop going up a hot hill <g> It has to be some conflict or something:-( I have a freind who has the same program and it works find for her.

You need to remove the browser cashe and Data base It will be rebuilt when you restart.

This is often caused by old data base and thumbnail caches stored fro previus PSP's The Knowledge base has instruction for both XP and Vista.

The first suspect should be the Organizer. Follow the links in this thread: http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=23575 for more suggestions addressing that problem.
I run Windows Vista and have found that Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate is much faster on my machine. But I don't use the organizer. I'm still evaluating the plug-in included with the "upgrade" package.
It appears no other annoying bugs that remained in the patch, version 12.10, were addressed in Ultimate, version 12.50.
