Hi Den, welcome to the forum. Do you have Msvcrt10 installed in your Windows/System directory?

Thank you for your reply yes i do have MSVC ETC IN WIDOWS SYSTEM the other plugins work but the one that shuts the programme down is the rain 4 dont know why denise
The plugins require that your preferences are set to RGB mode. If the mode is set to HSL format, this may be the cause of your problem. Go to File menu>Preferences>General Program Preferences and choose Palettes. The radio button in the Materials palette should be set to "Display Colours in RGB Format". As the other plugins work , I don't hold out much hope for this suggestion, though. If all else fails, you could remove the plugin and redownload and install it again, as it may be corrupt.
Someone else is sure to come along with more knowledge of PSP than I have, so keep checking this thread.
Edit: Just to let you know, rain 4 works for me...I don't think you are missing too much, but then again, I haven't explored it in depth yet.
