Missing File Formats

Has anyone else experienced missing file formats depending on their user profile?

The network administrator at work had me set as a "Restricted user" which gave me the problem of missing file formats in the Import & Export menus. Only on re-setting my profile to a "Standard user" was I able to access the full range. The PC in question is a Win2000.

That must be it .. I'm also having this problem on my Company's PC and they tend to change every so often the policies related to accounts, etc ...

Yes I have had that problem since Xara Xtreme Pro 4 and haven't been able to resolve it and I am logged in as adminitrator with full priveleges as far as I know. Running windows XP home edition. All of myy other programs run fine.
