    Yes, as Kieth quickly emailed me with the answer, it's a mexican frying an egg.

    But I did a quick google on "mexican frying an egg" and it returned this site

    It could be Sherlock Holmes, disguised as a Mexican, checking a fried egg for prints with a large magnifying glass, of course
