Menu Maker to DreamWeaver cs3

Does anyone have a problem (like I do) getting the extension in DW cs3 for MenuMaker? I've uninstalled/reinstalled MenuMaker and applied the extension at least twice, but no go. It worked just fine on older version of DW.

For those of you having problems with DW extensions you might try upgrading to the latest version of the Extension Manager.
