A man with a lot of determination must have done this drawing! Nice one Norman. When I was a boy growing up around when I was eight my neighbour was restoring this model of car and I helped at least that was my recollection of it. Maybe my neighbour was doing the neighbourly thing in giving me an interest in old cars. All that I can remember of my work was forever sanding down the wooden spokes of the wheels and then the painting of them.

Thanks Norman for brining back a fond memory.

Great piece of Art [capital 'A'!] Norman, you are an inspiration! Not that it's in the same league as a Talbot, but if you ever get the urge to draw a Wolsey Hornet - the 1960's 'twin' to the Riley Elf - I wont complain

After a couple of Mini's my Dad got one, which he was very proud of, as was I because the roof was a different colour (red) to the body ... very sporty I thought

Hey Norman,
As thwe younger generations would say! GREAT seeing your work again! This is a very touching moment to see you back at what you love doing and 'seeing you have the strength and determination' to beat health problems no matter what!
I am on the other side of the world from you (Vancouver BC Canada) and have always looked forward to seeing your Master pieces on the forum!
