PspX2 - How do I get plugins loaded?

Hey i am new on psp, and i have download plugins, but i just dont get them open i psp12. "It says that the plugins not install properly or missing files?"
What i doing wrong, please help me?..
Have a mapp i call downloded plugins. Coud it haveing anyting whit the files name to do, get a message: " that the file cannot be identyfied as a supported files??
Yes iam new her on the forum, and also in paint shop pro.
And i am from Norway

PS! i can see the plugins on the psp on "effects" but they do not function.
