Can't install X3

I am re-installing X3 on on XP machine. This after I un-installed the program completely to make room for another (time to get a new machinehttp://coreldraw.com/emoticons/emotion-6.gif). I am getting this error, "Error 1316. A Network error occurred while attempting to read the file C:\Windows\Installer\EN.msi".

Anyone have any ideas?

Happend to me also!. Try to clean all temporary files, maybe even use a registry cleaner after uninstalling Corel to clean the junk key's . Also if you are using XP Pro,try to clean the "Prefetch" folder( delete all the files from it, not the folder itself) located in the WINDOWS dir.

I have since moved on to Illustrator on the mac. Thanks you for taking the time to reply. :-)
