Default Adjusting fills in 3D extrusions?

It is possible to change fills, to alter colours of fills but is it possible to adjust the angle of fills in 3D extrusions?

Salaam as far as I know you must temporarily remove the extrusion to rotate the fill. Re-apply the extrusion after reselecting the Extrude Tool.

My related fill question is "can the line colour part of the extrusion b e given a fill to make the entire extrusion a fill?"

grenadi, Since the introduction of 3D extrusions to version four, people have been asking about applying a fill to the sides of an extrusion. There have been a number of discussions and some interesting work-arounds. But unfortunately the answer (at the moment) is nope..

    Hey that's brilliant Soquili.
You can temporarily remove the 3D and change the fill or the line colour and even alter the shape. You can work on another object, make a cup of tea, come back to your original object and it remembers the extrusion and bevel size.

    I'm very happy.

Thanks Bob, but Xara Ltd. deserves the appreciation for creating the Extrude Tool.

OK, Bill, I agree that Xara deserves the credit for giving us this amazing tool.

But YOU get credit for teaching us the amazing things we can do with it!
